I'm not sure if this girl is your sister or just a friend that seems like a sister, but if it's the latter then I too have a friend like that. Unfortunately, few things inspire me to write poetry but that friend that I have is one of those rare things; so I understand how important that person can be. Anyway, this was a very nice poem that I can relate to. Good job.
