Let Me Be Your Little GirlA Poem by DeafeningPoemA Child Looking for someone to love her
In many ways I’m just a girl, though my years say I’m full grown. I often need a teddy bear to hold until the dawn. All dressed up in pretty lace, ribbons flying from my hair I feel just like a girl again Her first time at the fair. Please don’t think me strange just cuddle me real tight let me be your baby as you hold me through the night. Little girls need special love with steady, strong, warm hands I need you here to hold me I hope you understand. If the pressure seems too much in our grown up world this is what I need, just to be your little girl. © 2008 DeafeningPoem |
