Never Forgotten

You’re in my thoughts all of the time,

I want to make you happy.

Anyway I try though,

Always makes you sad.

I don’t know why,

You have tears constantly running down your face.

I reach out for you,

But you don’t see me.

I touch your hand,

But you don’t feel me.

I may be gone,

But know I’m only a whisper away.

I love you,

Is a phrase I speak often.

You may not hear it,

But I always say it.

I may be gone,

But I have never forgotten you.
