I wrote this as a comment to another's poem but thought I do like it personally so here it now rests....

It's in the darkest of night that war of mind we fight...

to crave all of pain's sorrow and thoughts of death we borrow...

blood that ties and binds but then betrayal it finds...

hatred causing a curious burst and anger satisfying a deep thirst...

in one moment the end of life but everlasting your heart of strife!

Just a moment in my mind that I wanted to share...
