My Mind

So full, yet so empty

Lost thoughts clutter endless space

Happy memories scattered carelessly

Tormented ones hidden away, never to cross my mind again

Thoughts full of hope shoot across, resembling a shooting star

Ideas full of fear are hidden away, along with my screams

Memories dance across the vast landscape

As if they don’t have a care in the world
