This one describes something that afflicts many, regret for things past. The poet rightly points out the reason for them: Without them we have no past, no identity. The last line, "If only we could move on," is the plea of many. Finding how to do so is one of the main tasks of life.
PS: Consider changing "You're" to "Your," and "Weather" to "Whether."

Thank you John for the comment and tip. I appreciate it!!
This is so true. When i try to sleep at night, i suddenly remember something i did in past, a bad memory and then i just won't sleep. But you know, as it is said, "one of the happiest moments is to let go of what you can't change".

Thank you for your comment Grace. Thank you for connecting to my poem!
I do agree dear Savannah.
"Those memories would be lost
Weather good or bad memories
It is good
Because even a bad memory leads to a good one "
We will trip and fall often. We will make mistakes and if we are lucky. We learn to be kinder. We do learn from the past. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry and your thoughts.
