A ghost from you're past

Everyone has done something they regret

Weather it was recently or a long time ago 

It could be something bad and they want to be fixed  

Or it could be something good that they miss 

This is called you’re past 

And sometimes it hurts 

But sometimes it feels good 

Good because without those regrets 

Those memories would be lost 

Weather good or bad memories 

It is good 

Because even a bad memory leads to a good one 

You’re regrets and memories can haunt you 

Like a ghost 

And like a ghost they follow you everywhere

If it was easy then we wouldn't have all these

Regrets and memories 

If only life was simpler and painless 

If only we could move on

This one describes something that afflicts many, regret for things past. The poet rightly points out the reason for them: Without them we have no past, no identity. The last line, "If only we could move on," is the plea of many. Finding how to do so is one of the main tasks of life.
PS: Consider changing "You're" to "Your," and "Weather" to "Whether."

This is so true. When i try to sleep at night, i suddenly remember something i did in past, a bad memory and then i just won't sleep. But you know, as it is said, "one of the happiest moments is to let go of what you can't change".
