Inhumanity

Let's put an end to animal torture...please read the author's note.

I am a cruel soul 

My source of happiness- causing you pain

I hear you whimper

Your pleading eyes wanting me to stop but on my oath i shall retain 

I will cause you pain.

I shall wait till you bleed,

Till your bones start to break,

And your breathing becomes slow 

And mercy is all you need 

But I shall wait for that last whimper

And then i will put an end to this pleasure.

Oh god how good i feel

There you lie, soulless on the street

Your blood slowly oozing from that furry body of yours

As i smile my ruthless smile

I have found my pleasure

I have caused you pain.

Author's Note

i saw this picture on facebook of a man hauling a dog across the street, the dog tied to his motorbike....and i wrote this poem from his point of vie..god this created such a huge pressure on me that i had to get rid of it...then they gave a picture of the dog in the hospital and said it was recovering but it looked so helpless and traumatized...please please let's try and put an end to the inhuman torture to animals..please:(

Releasing your anger on a harmless animal, that has done nothing to you?
Terrible. Thanks for the poem. Animal cruelty is a problem which should be more publicized in order for prevention.

ugh only a very sad sociopath can do something like that.

dogs are very trusting.....most of the dogs of Michael Vick got rehabilated. The dogs were scared of humans when they got rescued then most of them started to trust humans again. a few dogs had to be put down becuz they were so mean and didnt trush anyone. great piece on awareness :)

yeah, I figured you u were describing it from someone else's perspective
it's horrible when you have to purge and can't make sense of such things
this is heart wrenching
but I also saw on facebook about a homeless guy had someone throw his rabbit off a bridge..he jumped in to save it and they threw the person in jail that threw the rabbit and they gave the homeless guy food and a job...the world isn't all bad :)

The idea that you could be so horrible to a defenseless animal is horrible! Thank god for people like you recognizing how awful it is and speaking out against it. Your poem puts it into view how awful it is, do you think you could also do one from the dog's point of view? I think that drive the message home.
