A Song for The Hummingbird

The Hummingbird,
Unclaimed by Deity,
In Such an Error!
But I Prefer It So!

Flying To and Fro,
At Speed So Great,
The Eye's Cannot Know.

From Flower to Flower
With Grace and Endurance.
And All It Wishes
Is To Give Some Assurance.

Assurance in Earth,
And Assurance in Beauty.
Assurance in Hope,
And Assurance in Heart.

I Never Met a Hummingbird,
That Would Do a Man Wrong.
The Hummingbird is One,
That Deserves a Better Song!
