The God I Am

To each their own, however this is my perception. I don't really care if I'm right or wrong because I didn't ask to be here in the first place, and I don't owe anyone anything.

I am God.
I am God because
I am the Alpha and Omega
But without beginning or end.
I am God because
I am an Image without a face,
An Ideal without an idea,
A Foundation without a base.

 

I am God.
I am God because
I am the Who without identity,
The What without form,
The When without time,
The Why without reason,
The Where without location,
The How without process.

 

I am God.
I am God because
I am the History of Man.
I Build empires and Destroy civilizations.
I am the Referee or War
And the Broker of Peace.
I am the Guilty of life
And the Innocent of death.

 

I am God.
I am God because
I am society's Solution to inevitability,
The government's Weapon for control,
The Excuse for prejudice.
I am irreproachable yet flawed with human characteristics.
I am Words without action,
Action without results.

 

I am God because
I am Society,
And one by one, I am not.
