BWF- Sinking

My first poem! Thanks for reading if you did and keep it in your thoughts!

I was once at a hard point and it was deep within my life

I didn't know what to do, and I thought the time was right

Thoughts were moving through my brain and i was really scared

The voices inside my head seemed like they really cared

They told me not to do it, that now was not the time

I thought about it deeply and I chose to make it rhyme

The story could be a poem and my dreams could come true

That death was not an option but popularity sure would do

Then I realized my life meant a lot and everyone should cherish theirs

Remember that death is not the option, and life isn't always fair
