Toys we never use

You know those toys we buy that we play with once and then never play with them again? I decided to write a poem about an object I have like that.

It sits

alone

on my shelve

I used it once

but not again

the little pink purse

It looks like

we might have

a garage sale

again!

Aww this is cute! A nice, light-hearted poem here. Very refreshing from the heavy, depressing things that people usually write. It kind of reminded me of Toy Story. The only thing I could really say is that it doesn't flow very well. Nice job, though!

Hah, i have so many toys that i never use, you should know, my mom always says i should go through my old stuff to find the things i dont want anymore but i forget the next 2 minutes!

Once again I can say in all honesty I love your work. Your writing is something I'm sure we all can relate to. I like that you used the concept of toys we never use, and bringing in the thought of then needing a garage sale.
