Lightning (A poem by my teacher)

Lightning (A poem by my teacher)

A Poem by Jester
"

This a poem that my TEACHER wrote. He dosn't have an acount on here so I offered to publish it for him and give him the reviews.

"

Lightning

Twisting zipping

Shards of yellow glass

Flying through

The night time sky

Is it Zeus?

Throwing his bolt

In a darkened mass?

Lightning

It follows

A thunderous quake

It sits and waits-

A flash of white light-

The earth does shake

Lightning

A million volts-

So it seems

A flash of white light-

Shadows thrown

Jagged lines of beams

Dear Teacher, this poem is very good. I love the imagery as well as the mention of Zeus.

To Mr. Teacher Guy: Very nice poem, I liked the imagery it gave. (( I'm not too sure myself, but isn't it Zeus who throws the lightning bolts? O.o )) Besides that, very good.
