Just Never

Just Never

A Poem by Beautifully_Anarchist
"

vengeance with a rather obvious sentiment

"

   I'm a bad influence,

              I'm a deviant,

I'm nothing but a misdemeanour.

   The atom bomb,

              The London Blitz,

They've got nothing on my fury.

   A Stepford wife,

              A wasted life,

Why is everyone so fake?

   You're propganda,

               You're Nixon's speech,

You're just another dressed up lie.

Call me Juliette, call me Rose Tyler,

Call me anything, just don't f*****g call me.

   I'm last year's look,

               I'm an ex-child star,

I'm a discarded yesterday.

   A forest fire,

               A marked vigilante,

My rage knows no limits.

  The breaking dawn,

               You're favourite song,

Why does nothing wonderful ever last?

  You're Robespierre,

               A wannabee prom queen,

A fake and a traitor to the cause.

See me as a mistake or a conquest,

See me as jealous or pathetic,

See me however just never look at me again.

I would bury myself at the centre of the world,

just to be as far from your eyes as God's.
