Inspiration,

Can strike at funny times,

Good rhymes and quirky lines.

It can hit you like a bolt of lightning,

An epiphany that is rather frightening.

You can see it in the eyes of a love-struck groom,

Hear it in the whisper in a dark, dark room.

It can come at any time, any place, in anyone,

It's what fuels our minds, gives us prose, poem and song.

Inspiration,

Is a funny thing,

And it makes me want to sing,

When I look upon you anew,

My inspiration,

Is you.

Slightly verging on cute at the the end. It didn't flow as simply as your others, seemed to be a little broken - but that might have just been me. Any the only time inspiration doesn't strike is at the boring desk where the writting happens :P
