The gypsy-like leaves (rhyme poem)

They flee and fly like jostling birds -

or gray moths 'round a light.

They pirouette in lazy rings -

while frolicking in flight.

Like gypsies, leaves will soon depart

with tender thoughts for wind

Soon to sweep and persevere -

in lives undisciplined.

Some will scurry in their haste

to pester pine trees praying.

Then, they'll sit, for just a bit -

In fields where I was laying.

I love to sit and watch the leaves fall and watch them drift upon the wind.. The colors are beautiful when they change and to hear them crackle under foot when walking on them is nice to hear.. nice write
