The gypsy-like leaves (rhyme poem)

The gypsy-like leaves (rhyme poem)

A Poem by Relic

Image result for Autumn Screensavers

They flee and fly like jostling birds -
or gray moths 'round a light.
They pirouette in lazy rings -
while frolicking in flight.

Like gypsies, leaves will soon depart
with tender thoughts for wind
Soon to sweep and persevere -
in lives undisciplined.

Some will scurry in their haste
to pester pine trees praying.
Then, they'll sit, for just a bit -
In fields where I was laying.

Aw, thank you Raven. :) x
Aloha relic, such a pretty poem. I love following your thoughts and the leaves on their journey. A lovely freedom and contentment in this. Closing with a peaceful image. Izzy
