It can sure seem that way. The part that gets me is when the good are taken too soon, while the rotten ones live till ninety. Hopefully, there will be justice in the end.
Ah, Relic, without Death, the world would still be filled with those rotten souls who caused so much misery.
I'm not running at him with open arms, but I do not fear him. None of us know what lies beyond the veil, but it will be the next great adventure.

Burials literally are the pits, please excuse the pun. Cremations are far better in my opinion. That lowering of the coffin into the grave, does my head in. My Dad was buried, the feelings I got of being engulfed and not being able to breathe, I've never forgotten. We all have to go, it's how we go. I hate death too. Your lines evoked a whole lot of emotion in me.
I agree, I am no fan of death but sometimes it is a blessing
I think if I were to aim my arrow I might also give excessive pain and endless suffering a twang or two
