                        The Mightiest Words

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They were made to be together;
ordained - symbiotic.
~
They were thus declared united
as though by universe
to meld; to comingle jointly.
~
By blessing, the words were given;
and the words are - I love you.
Truer words were never spoken my friend. Stated meaningfully and perfectly. Kudos!
Thank you so much, J. :)
life yielded to words.
Words will curse or bless both speaker and hearer.
And what a blessing thus is. Simple beauty wrapped in love.
Thanks for nice comment, Cherrie. :)
Truly powerful words, not to be used lightly. Should be meant when said. Sadly that is not always the case these days. I wonder what got you going down this track today Tim? There certainly isn't much love around at the moment. We are living in hostile times with conflict everywhere. Happily for me, there is plenty of love in my household.
ha, strange things happen when you live alone.
Thanks for your thoughts, Chris. :)
I ~ carry the weight of me.
The need to see what to try
for myself when asking why
the three you see unite to be
caught in love's gravity.
Me, myself and I
Love ~ the feel of we as trust of me
will shove the doubt that hangs above
away, to free a laugh that lives like glee.
In admiration
Of all of you and me.
Loving love's love
You ~ orbit all three of me.
Living jointly we are who
ordain the union of love's symbiocity
blessing what we do when we see
the strength of us is infinitely mighty!
We, I and you.
This poem is for your poem. Don't be gettin' any ideas. I usually wait till the second date to say I love you.
Thanks for the compliment and the read, Chrome. :)
That's a pretty big matsa ball to leave hanging there!! This little poem definitely has me thinking about the relationship of the words as separate and then together. The power each conveys. I'm pondering on this and I think Billigami might get back to you on this one....
