For What It's WorthA Poem by Relic
Pulling change from
my pocket the quarters, nickels, and dimes accidently f e l l like metallic hail scattering on the bedroom floor. Looking down, I thought of frightened chaotic cats in an earthquake that sprint and dash in various directions. When the change finally settled and calmed down I scooted them up and gently held them.
