A lovely nature poem Tim. I make a point of getting closer to nature in troubled times. I find it calming and soothing. It
puts things into perspective. I love how you watched that flower grow and the happiness it gave you and others. I am a firm believer in growing our own happiness.

That makes sense to me, Chris. Thanks for the comment.
Nicely written, R. Even with the news full of war and murder, beauty and goodness still abide. That the flower still lingers in your consciousness is a testament to this truth.
What a lovely little poem,
It made me smile in the end, when that simple little yellow flower became someone's happiness.
I bet the other flower will to make another smile including you,..
Thanks for sharing, needed a little cheer tonight.

Jonquils are usually the flower of spring...so nice you could enjoy the love of two people with your favorite yellow flower of spring...and actually, it is three people including you! and then you saw it again...it must be the flower of joy, peace and the calm of the moment!!!
NICE!
Warmly, B
