ColdA Poem by IceFrigid breaths ease into my veins, but I don't even care anymore; Stop sedating me, you know that your wishes strip me, and frozen bones resist until they cannot endure or fight against the cold anymore; Stop sedating me. ice drops to you, like tears that fall, and you'll just turn your eyes away; I still see the chilled fear in your eyes, but for some reason you plead with the ice to beg me not to see. So if you're gone for good, like melted hope on a spring day.... Don't press warm rags to my frosted bones, and don't put your golden touch upon the iced surface of my silver skin. If you mean it and always meant it, then and now, then stop sedating me....
