Equal

Equal

A Poem by Ajgar SIngh

Oh mother! of eternity

I confer now, directly with thee

Possessed by cause, I must immediate

Apropos thy child

Kneel I, in misguided compulsion

And yet find him not

This, a song of many a child

Misconceived in all this void

As a specter he seizes

Comprehension of them feeble

Won't you please reveal the lies?

For the truths there any aren’t

Avert to this not, oh lady of omni

I’m yet another fragment of energy befuddled by being

Approaching after a recreation of existence

Spare me a drink of water and hearken

In his realm of alluding matters

I have been wrought in weathers of woe

Oh, woman of thy ethic

Excuse this moment of blasphemy

For I understand not this piety

Kindly unlatch the screen door on thy porch

Let him come forth and uncloak

So, I shall look into his eyes

And convey the form of my significance
