Never

my thoughts right now.

I'm tired of crying,
tired of the pain
I'm tired of feeling
like I'm going insane.

One minute I'm up
the next I am down
Emotions are racing
around and around.

How do I deal?
How can I cope?
When deep inside,
I know there's no hope.

It will get better
or so they  say.
I keep looking forward
to that coming day.

The sun comes up
and still here I sit.
One word of advice
they're full of bullshit.

i like it...it flowed great...sometimes it doesnt seem it will get better...but in the long run it does... it only takes time.

I love this poem and I can relate. Coming from someone whose been through some miserable times (loss of a brother) time does heal all. Whatever you are going through...it will get better. I felt the same way you did. I thought people were full of BS too when they told me that it will get better. After a while...it really did. I hope that what ever you are going through, it will subside. Trust me, this feeling won't last. Just keep your head up. Hope I helped and if I didn't, I tried. Great poem! :)
