Aching

I wrote this poem immediately after the last line popped into my head.

   A giggling wisp floating dreamily through the trees
              teasing others to chase her trail
          An erratic pattern of flight she takes
     to test her pursuers of worth and skill
                   As the world around her glows 
           but one stays on course
                          Catching her in mid-flight
                     they tumble to the ground with muffled laughter

                 And one look brings a hush to aching lips
