Neon Green Jeans Fingerless gloves.

Walking wanders.

People staring at my fashion.

Music in ears.

 

Walking with a rhythm.

People pointing.

Me looking.

People laughing.

 

Emo branded or maybe scene.

Neon bright colours.

Stand out over others.

Noticed that bit more.

 

Like a oil painting in black and white.

There me stood so bright.

Walking more.

Destination unknown.

 

Feel different to myself.

Not like another person.

But I am me alone.

I enjoyed the rhythm of this poem. It was simple and down the line. I enjoyed the ending which had a hint of ambiguity.

My only suggestion would be for you to change the colour of the text to be easier on the eyes. The poem and the picture makes enough of a statement, imo.

I'm quite fond of this poem because it seems to describe me as well. I wear bright blue jeans, bright green jeans, zipper earrings, paperclip earrings, and if I weren't training to be a chef then I would still have bright green hair.

In the end it doesn't matter what other people think. you're you.
