Canvass of a Sunset

...Playing with the sun
a warmth in every breath
soaring with the breeze
cascading through wild daisies
A cradle within a sunflower's song
playing hide and seek
under the cool shade 
of a contented wrinkled tree
Humming a song
a harmony in its leaves
and a butterfly flaps
Stardust 
magic in the sky
Scent of a lady and 
a memory of a beautiful foliage
And as the sky
descends upon the horizon
into a collision
of melancholic hues
I wonder if tomorrow
will still be
warm...

an imaginative write...housman-ish in great nature lover style. A nice touch at the end bringing us back to reality. They say all fear comes from projecting into the future and all guilt comes from living in the past. A great reminder to stay in the now. Loved it.
