To change myself...

For me to be,

What I beleive I should be,

I must first KILL myself.

 

I must obliterate my previous persona, character and demeanor.

I must murder all that I was before,

To attain more than I was before.

 

I cannot continue build my tower,

On the toothpicks I used before.

I must annihilate everything,

If I am to start anew.

 

Rebuild upon the unbroken foundation,

Making sure the start is strong.

I will not make the same mistakes

That failed me once before.

 

I must transform into something more;

Grasping the reins of my newfound destiny,

I shall finally conquer my war.

 

Before I can rebuild myself,

I must first KILL myself.
