There's the MoonA Poem by MarkHow do we know what is intricate to our being and what can be changed about ourselves?Walking the edge of love and sadness crawling along these lighted dreams I fell in the darkness, seeing light Then I prayed forgiveness from the Moon. Slipping on the razor between time and love falling, bleeding, healing again. Again. I no longer feel the sharpness like pain past; There is only the soft light of the Moon. I longed for the madness of not knowing the sharpness of those spikes of the heart held me away from, and above myself I drifted slowly, no light, no sound, no Moon. Giving up is opening to being given If what is not found is never refused but in the light, or in the dark I am what I am, and I pray to the Moon. Would I be so different if I could reach in and pull from me this ... thing I am better off alone, I mantra But I am still whole, and there's the Moon.
