Autumn 2013A Poem by MarkA gentle breeze brings the first shiver ![]() and wish for wool of the season. Seeded by Summer crickets, the air is now full of soon to sleep promise. Cold night blooms chase away the Sun grown tired, leaving us sooner each night; its vibrance spent. The green turning, all the lands whisper of sleep and white covers soon to come. Even the roads' whining seems half hearted as they make no attempt to hold scattered leaves. Only the wind seems to have life; a cold harbinger of the ice coming.
