Nothing like a medicine cabinet rummage. You have expressed a darkness with a whiteness of image, a clarity. Do not change anything. Poetry is not a can of beans, to go up, or down, in price. I'd stay with one tense, so change "filling" to "fills" in second stanza and so on. "Where is the white?" lovely line.
