Glass Walls: Beginning

Glass Walls: Beginning

A Poem by Corinna Bridgebury
"

The first part of a three part poem.

"
See those walls,
Those glassy walls?
I built them out of fear,
Of indifference
Out of silence
I built them, do you hear?!?

Of necessity,
I thought.
"Now you can't hurt me!" I cried.
I was caught,
I forgot,
I could trap myself inside.
