I used to know you
Your every move
I used to know your dreams at night
I used to know the start of our fights

I used to know you
Your every desire
I used to know what lit your fire
I used to know when you were there
You wiped away all my fears

I used to know you
Your every touch
I used to be your crutch
I used to protect you from all that was bad
You used to care about what made me sad

I showed you every part of me
And I realized you were getting up to leave

But you don’t know me

Very deep. You can feel heartbreak gradually seeping into every word and getting stronger as the poem progresses. I love the repitition. So, overall, excellent job. It could have some potential as a song you know. Just though I'd say that, although the rhyme might need a tiny bit work, but it's your choice.
