Every night I pray for you before I sleep
I think of you before I sleep
I dream of you when I sleep
You are the first person I think of when I wake up

My heart is bleeding
My eyes are filled with tears
Every time I think of your indifference towards me
Wondering if I ever meant something to you

You came and made your way into my heart
When I decided to close it
I have loved you with everything I had
Not knowing how meaningless and unimportant I would become to you
I guess I should have known better
I've never been that special to any man I've been with anyway
I don't even know what I was for all of you

You confessed to me I was a challenge to you
Made me put down my guard
You succeeded
Congratulations are in order I guess
