When I Close My Eyes

When I close my eyes,

and lay my head down, 

its like i can still feel you holding me.

when i reach out my hand,

its like i can still feel your fingers,

intertwined into mine. 

when i walk slowly down the street,

its like your still standing there,

right next to me.

i bite down on my lip,

and its like i can still feel yours,

gently pressing against mine.

i stand here in the dark,

and its like i can still smell you, 

as if you were inches away.

and then even when i open my eyes, 

it still feels like your a big part of me.
