Imagine if it were any other person or even someone of color how fast they would be incarcerated before a trial even began. Our judicial system is one of the major pillars of our democracy. Once the appearance of equity is gone from the blindness of justice than we will no longer have a country. It will cease to exist because fairness under the law was revealed to be false. These people in power make a mockery of the entire system and flaunt their belief that they themselves are above the law that governs everyone else but them. There are literally people in federal prison currently for doing what this man did in stealing classified information from the American people. We risk the demise of our country if this is allowed to go unpunished. We do this at our own peril as a nation. CLE
