"Simon needs to see you ASAP, Joseph."

"Damn, is it about the Uranus faux pas?"

"No sir, it's the Earth file. He said something about a dead caveman ???"

Five minutes later, in Simon's office, Simon says,

"G wants to change Earth's name, Joseph. He says it's too bland compared with say, 

Mars and Venus and Jupiter."

" ...Yeah, now that you mention it, Simon, G's right, it is kinda blah. Who named that rock?"

"A caveman honcho, with his dying breath."

" ... And the best he had was Earth?"

"Errrrrrthhhhhh, actually, it being his last gasp. 

Jacob, in Planet Registration, nixed all the extra R's and H's and added an A 

to give it written appeal."
