Never, not at any time

Underestimate the measure and the quantity of your strength and power it needs to gather and pick your very own soul up off the ground and walk with it and jaunt with it in your own bleeding hands every day, every night without giving it up and dropping it down.

Anyone who carries a pile and a load like that is not powerless nor weak, they aren't feeble or frail, and they are not beaten or broken.

They are the strongest soldiers, the best of the best of a kind around and deserve much more.

Always, ALWAYS! believe in you,

In yourself

Because your inner strength and your voice are important

Because your dreams and ideas matter

Because there's only one you

Because everything you ever went through to get where you are will be worth it

Because you are worth it.

Excellent message. Strength comes from within no matter what anybody says either overly positive or negative. The truth of the self is only on the inside of that self; sometimes we have to ignore the outside, even when it seems to be friendly... it might not be what you are - the truth of yourself can only be found from the inside of yourself (unless you're a clinically insane or abnormally depressed, then you probably should just smoke some weed, relax and play video games because your self evaluation skills are likely untrustworthy).
