Fish

Fish

A Poem by JPatrickAusanka
"

Fibonacci style poem - my favorite - also one of Maynards favorites...ever read the lyrics to Lateralus?

"

Fish
swim
breath gills
darting fins
water's icy chill
believing their own existence
placid little fish, slick and scaly, you search around
looking for morsels 'round my feet and wishing my skin was for you to eat, I move along shallow bank.
Beach is lapping, lapping, lapping my legs and wrapping the fish with their little eggs around a hydrous blue-gray bed, finding it hard to keep them fed.
