Martyrs

We are all martyrs of the system.
Led by an empire unforgiving.
Blinded by the lies,
turning a blind eye to our cries.
The system is a form of miasma.
Stifled by it's corruption,
the deception we were all brought up in
And the beginning of a new extinction
