Rejection

Feeling of rejection. Earlier

Hurt. open, Exposed. heart on my
Shirt. Broken. Affected. Choking
on uncertainty. Feeling rejected.
Tortured by confusion. All sense
of comfort aborted. Feeling rejected
Open, exposed. My heart dissected
While picking apart. All the pieces.
In attempt to put it back together.
I'm exposed, left out in the open
The feeling arose. And I continue choking
