You're always gone

With so much, to bare

When the days are long

I know. you care

Even for you. It's unfair

sleep is required

with a schedule

keeping you dizzy

most times you're not home

with many errands to attend

leaving me out on my own

Please know, I don't mean to offend

as I only mean to apprehend

when I am left all alone

But you, you are not wrong

I understand it can be tricky

as your presence isn't often showing

distance can be of the essence, as I am knowing

sometimes it's depressing when you are gone

she is incredibly involved with the kids and being involved with all the school programs. weekly appointments, every now and than shopping. and as I had painted quite clearly, she not wrong for being present and wanting to be a part of all that. She is in fact a godsend and I love her for all that she does.
