BargainA Poem by JackieStruggles with every day choices and and responsobilitiesI've bargained for way more than i can bare to ignore. Can't hide behind closed doors. So much stress that continues to be stored Not enough rest but plenty that upsets. Enough to be said that proceeds to keep the core fed A sore head. All these requirements met and once we are near the end i am so anxious just to make it to bed To close my eyes once again. Suppress the cries if only my mind Would shut off within A sigh, a grin. If only it would all come to an end. To sleep. If only i could reap all the benefits of having peace inside my head Without all the stress. The things that create a mess upsets that i continue to obsess. I am blessed i have a life. A wife and kids who i am happy to be with But sometimes i can't resist. I can't pretend or forget the troubles it comes with June 24th, 2017 Jackie g © 2017 JackieAuthor's Note
