I wrote this, but it's not from me.

You need to forget me;

I'm done, I'm already gone.

Just let it be.

The clock is ticking, you know,

But your time is already up,

And it has been before it started.

You need to say goodbye

(I've already pointed out the time).

Move on with your life -

Whatever that is...

Remember the best,

Just forget all the rest.

It's easy.

Be normal.

Just do it.

Just a short, miserable little letter to myself.
I know I've written far too many poems on the same thing, but where else can it go...?

Aside from that, does this at least make some sense to anyone?

You have more courage then i have ever given you credit for, writing yourself a letter. At least it did not produce anything truly frightening, negative, or thoughtful. Just the same old teenage and intelligent-person feelings of dejection and mortality. I'll admit, it is a strange silver lining to think that thinking about the limit of your own time as relieving, but at least you don't question your inner moral values or anything truly important.

It makes absolute sense to me.
The whole concept of time running out, and the need to be "normal". All of which I am familiar with.
I wish I had the courage to write myself a letter, but I guess I'm just scared of what I will write.
Anyway, that aside, it was well written and constructed, and a pleasure to read.
