For I have stayed very long in this ecstasy

I see you hear, yet you are not listening 

I see you watching, for i know you are not observing. 

One day, I'll subtly leave without a farewell. 

For, I have stayed very long in this ecstasy 

Someday you'll look around

And realize something major is missing

I fear you won't even realize

What it is or who it was.
