Here we go again
Down our twisted spiral
How many times have we been down this road?
You would think by now we'd have learned
To leave this thing alone
But our story is never ending
We'll plunge ourselves into darkness over and over
Just to feel the pain our love will bring

Maybe the mind goes to visuals, but this sort of reminds me of something out of Fear and Loathing, a Vegas card room at 4 in the morning and a dealer looking at a loser who won't stop.

Nice, I hope that wasn't over the top.
