An ice blue of the sky

A warm gold of the sunset

A velvet silver of the metal

An ample rich red of roses

A luminous pink of champagne

A vivid green of meadows.

An aromatic violet of lavender

 

Most of the time
I am just an assortment of the few

For whatever colours I may be

When the time comes
And all the colours fade away
I will be proud to be
