Not knowing where to go next …sometimes when breaking up you may not know what to do…how to act….who to trust

Scream @ the wall 

Pushing the air around me

No reaction to your facial expressions

I can’t see you standing

Or when walking away 

I’m emotionally blind. 

Slip this note to your mind

I’m not a slave of the visual act

But I can be broken like an ordinary man

Not made of steel; I’m no superman

Unable to break the sound of silence

That just who I am.

Loneliness surrounds me 

Even in a crowded room 

For my senses have shut down 

Ever since you walked away

I told you I love you 

Not to cause you pain 

Or increase your burdens

But you said you felt scared 

Cause you thought I needed the same

Words are words 

nothing in them to hurt 

But when you talk with an empty heart 

My ears will surely bleed.

I can’t jump away from this land 

Cause I can’t see the hand that feeds

Emotionless I breath again 

I’m ready to cease to exist

Not because I’m in pain 

Is this silence that is driving me insane.
