One Hour LeftA Poem by Jason ShadowsTo Cherish What Will Be No More.
"One hour is left for me
within the distant fog. Have you ever cried for someone - anyone? Distance from the mirror just before a pale moment. Have you ever sung a song for the dead that's alive? It makes room for sadness to ambush silently within. To break happiness at any costs to hold them. Again and again it's about you - lead the memory. Tell them that you stood proud beside death. And with a swift smile of no return to begin. Decay the bad we had and give birth to the new. For an hour ago i almost left here. Without a single word and no breath to say... I'm sorry for this but i must leave you all alone again. Cherish this moment and keep me close within your heart for i'm never really gone."
