Rain

The Friend Who Hides You.

"The pain sheltered by rain

 hidden within what falls softly.

 Reach into the night 

 far away to hide away.

 Cover of darkness helps

 from the one who hurts.

 Borrow the chilling wind

 of words that cry you asleep.

 Regain happiness again

 with earth that gives rest.

 For it's an escape from

 all who become like the rest.

 

 Hard to find an answer within

 yourself when all is lost now.

 But don't give up here

 search beyond the realm.

 

 Solitude welcomes all who

 needs a gate way from it.

 Close the door behind you

 or return within the cold rain

 and cry forever within pain."

I really like the last stanza the best- the whole poem was written well and I liked the nature elements.
