My Fractured LifeA Poem by JayJayBlueAbout trying to shut people out of your life by hiding away all of your emotions in order to not appear weak
Adrift of all reality
I'm holed up in a world of my own creation Carving my own heart to spill and empty Delivering this sorrow unto me I feel my mind begin the process of a schism My own little cataclysm I've built myself out of stolen parts Because this world is too dark For my failing heart I'll use my mirror image As both shield and blade I'll deceive even myself And carve from my world a personal Hell My own life metamorphosed into a prison My own little cataclysm I've built myself out of stolen parts Because this world is too dark for my failing heart I'll question every second of my time Cause I want out of this fractured life © 2013 JayJayBlueReviews
